Recently my '93 940 turbo had some issues. At idle it would surge up and down and will not fast idle when cold. I cleaned the IAC valve and in the process found one of the lines with a 5/8" tear in it. Replaced that line - seemed to work a little better but still some issues. I cleaned the MAF tonight and it seems to be running fine but if I am on a level road (they're all flat here in Florida) and speed up to 20 mph, and let off the gas it will slow down to 14 mph and maintain that speed. I did this for five or six blocks and it maintains 14 mph. Not sure what to check next. Any input greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ron
