Well I own a 1991 Volvo 740, Recently my SRS light came on and my radio stopped working. I later found out the Windshield Wipers wont work, same with the fan that blows the A/C and the Heater.

I checked the fuses and from what I can tell they are in working order, I bought the Volvo CHILTON guide for my car and it suggested it may have a second fuse box (other then the one under the ashtray) but I do not know where it could be. I also asked some of the fine employees at my local Kragen Auto Parts what they might think the problem could be, they suggested it could be a fuse relay.

I researched the relays that are on the far back of the under ashtray fuse box and from what the guide told me non of them handle the any of those systems but alas I could be wrong.

Any ideas people?
