Drives: 2000 Volvo S40
I have a 2.0 S40 ( year 2000) that has a cabin heater problem.
When I adjust the temperature, it takes a good 10 minutes to actually change the temperature. Any clues anyone?

Also, I have just had the drivers seatbelt replaced & now have the belt/airbag dash warning light showing. Any advice on how to clear it?
