Where is the temperature gauge sender located? Isi t the same as the coolant sensor? I replaced the coolant sensor and now my temp gauge is not working right, it only moes a little bit when I put the ign switch on.thanks.

The temp sender is in the t-stat housing up by the upper radiator hose. This is for the gauge only.
It may only move a hair or two by just turning the key, how does behave when it is fully warmed up?

The coolant sensor is located at the rear of the head, next to the firewall, a bear to get. Which you know by now since you replaced it.

DanR '94 964 338,000 miles (104,000 on the new enginge)
