Drives: 2001 Volvo V70 T5
Can I install my own or do I have to take it to the dealer? 2nd time in as many months that it needs a new one and hate to take the time for the dealer if I don't have to.

You can replace them your self.
Some cars the bulbs are under warranty 3 years 50,000 miles.
