Hi All,

I am looking for a replacement spark-plug cover, as in the one just below the oil cap held on with 2 torx bolts. The model is 2001 S40 T4. Does anyone know a supplier in the the UK that stocks this part ?

Also I have been having some starting problems when the engine is warm, the engine turns so not a starter motor problem, but just does not fire.

I could not get it started last week at all, so popped into a local garage who managed to get it started later in the day and took it around to there workshop. They changed the spark plugs and did some work done on the wiring to the fuel pump, Which has at least got rid of the 'chugging' when starting cold and is accelerating a lot better :)

It is still playing up now and then and takes a few tries to get it started and last night the revs would not drop down below around 1'500, making for some interesting gear changes :( I was reading somewhere else in the forum it might be a Coolant sensor problem. I plan to just replace both the thermostat and coolant sensor, hopefully this will also help with the poor starting problem.

If anyone has some ideas, it would be appreciated.
