Anyone have info on replacing rear spring IRS/ Nivomat. Or where are the top bolts located to remove the Nivomat shocks ?

The top bolts are located behind a round rubber plug in the wheel well. You will also need an internal spring compressor to remove/install the springs. I've also found that dropping the front of the lower control arm makes the job much easier, just make sure all the tension is off the spring, spring replacement can be extremly dangerous without the right equipment and experience.

Nelix,

You know if its possible to lower rear-end of a 96 - 960? My mechanic, and from what I've read is the front is cake but lowering the rear-end is a bit more challenging, if possible at all.
