hi all. new to the forum, picked up some good advice already.
i have a 2002 phase 2, both heated seats work, but are very low temp.
hot setting is warm and the warm weather lately means i dont know if the cooler setting works at all.

my brother has a phase 1 and his seats very nice and toastie and i know from my fathers v70 that the heated seats in volvos are normally very good.

as the car has done 146000 miles, maybe there worn out or maybe a fault somewhere. any advice.
