Hi, I took my 2001 V40 to Autozone today to have the code from the check engine light read, but the Autozone worker and I didn't know where you check it on this car. Thought it would be under the steering wheel, but he could not find it. Thanks for your help.

The OBDII port is located under the steering wheel but is mounted in the centre console under there. Get a torch and look under there you will see it quite high up and the face of the plug will be facing you.
