Hello all, my first post here. I am a noob with Volvos but have changed plugs in our 240 before with no problems. Began changing plugs in our 1995 940 turbo this weekend and could not for the life of me get the socket to fit around the back spark plug (i.e the one farthest from the front of the engine). It seems that the manifold is in the way of the 13/16 socket, which is too thick to fit around the plug. Do I just need a special socket, or what? I checked the socket on another plug and it definitely works...

Thanks much,

Ben

Many thanks! Makes sense to me. I'll stop by the auto parts store and pick one up. Cheers!
