Greetings all,
I am looking into buying a new C30 1.6 (I don't think they sell those in the US), and I was wondering on any input in the reliability of Volvo, the C30 is too new for consumer reports to show any thing, MSN reviews look good. Test drove it my self and I love it, most solid car I have ever driven, the safety features in it are also a nice plus.
From the few posts I have seen people do have problems, but which brand does not have some problems, if no personal experience with a C30, just Volvo overall would be nice.

Hi,

I have my new C30 just since yesterday. It's a 1.6D, and I'm from Italy.

I just can tell you that I'm a Volvo owner since 1993 (245 GLT, V40 1.9D, V70 D5, C30 1.6D), and my 245 GLT saved my life in a "side impact" crash in 2000.

The C30 seems to inherit these 40 years of Volvo safety research, plus a fantastic design and a sound system simply astonishing... what else?
