Drives: 1995 Volvo 850R
The drivers side seat belt in my GF's 850R is stuck. For the last few months, it has been pretty bad. We left always plugged in because it would take forever to get it to release a few inches. I have removed the plastic cover and played with it but never got anywhere. Now, its locked permanently and will not pull out no matter how much we play with it...Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes? We talked to a repair shop and they are quoting about 500 bucks...

Well, if its stuck, then i guess its just passed its time then.
If you dont want to part with that much money, you can try the breakers place or the salvage yard.
