I was wondering if anyone knew what items, if any, cars come pre-wired with.
i know from having previous cars that alot of gadgets come pre-wired and just need the button or last part to work - i was able to cheapfully install and work.

does anyone know if this has happened in volvos?

I dont have a trip computer, but if i brought the correct stalk could I wire it in and it then appear and work, same with traction control and others??

I have a 2000 V40xs 1.8.

any thoughts or experience would be welcolmed.
