Drives: 1992 Volvo 960
The blower motor on my sons 1994 Volvo 960 appears to have stopped working.

I have gone as far as removing the glove box and can see the motor but can't see how to remove it. How is it physically held in place?

Can it be tested in place, before removal? I see the largest connector to it has one Purple and one Blue/Black striped wire attached to it. If I connect a 12v battery accross this connector should the blower motor turn on?
