Drives: 440 1.8 Si
My 440 1.8Si is now running again with a new alternator and battery.

When it broke down a week ago it had half a tank of petrol. Now the fuel light is on, and the needle on the gauge does not move at all. The temperature gauge seems to be working though.

What should I be checking, as I know there is half a tank of petrol in there!

sender unit in the fuel tank (part of the immersible pump system?, connections up around the dash?
