I got these brand new from a fellow on ebay who never got to put them on his car before he sold it. it was either 125 for bosch I think 130 for IPD or these for $19.98. I chose the 19.98 ones. I dont know what brand they are though, heres a picture of what is printed on them. Can someone possibly ident. them? Also if any of you remember the video I posted a while back where I recorded the strange idle my car was producing. The new wires corrected that. Should I still replace the distributer and button?

MTC is on the wires, IPD has a MTC spark plug wire holder. Contact them to see if the wires are from the same company, 1-800-444-6473.

I emailed the guy who sold them to me again. I guess he forgot to reply when I asked him a week ago what brand they were. I check MTC and didnt find anything. I feel weird about calling IPD, never have, also I didnt buy them from IPD.

True you didn't purchase the item from them, but they are Volvo parts specialists. It is not a long stretch of the imagination that a company that offers spark plug wire holders would make the wires as well. You would rather look and wait, and search than make a phone call? If the wires are working well on your car I would say great, and call it a day.

+1. anyway, you can always just say they were a gift and wanted to know where to log onto and extoll their virtues of how good their products are. i've done that one many times.
