Hi
Dont know where to start looking. Idle running at 2000rpm all the time. After a run at higher revs on retard they drop to 1000 for a short time. Thankful it is an auto box or I would be fender bending!
Please help

I would clean the throttle body and Idle motor and look for a vaccum leak.

It was the idle motor wide open. Cleaned it out now it is OK. That pleased went on holiday for a week!
