Hi
I Have a problem with my volvo s40 -98.
The washer pump for the windows & headlights run continious as well as the
vipers for the head lights.

I suspect that a relay has got stuck (burned).
I have removed the fuse for the window wipers & the electrical liguid washer pump (same fuse) to prevent the electrical pump burning.

I need help to locate the relay (if that's the problem) or any tip for solving this problem.

As i googled the net i found out that the CEM (Central Electronic Module) could cause this issue. Anyone got experience switching one ? As i see there are different versions of CEM. Where are the CEM located physically on a volvo S40 1.8 -98 ??
