05 XC90 2.5T AWD. Set of new Mich, less then 3K miles. Road noise is way off the charts.. Cannot hear the radio unless it's almost 3/4 of the way up... Dealer states "some tires" make more noise then others and found no issue with them. All tires are in balance and vehicle is aligned. Anyone else have this issue or possible solution?

Check the pressure of each tire with a good gauge. Of course a dealership will say there is no issue until they have too many complaints. This would be an admission of liability.

Thx. Tire pressure on all 4 are all in check... Guess, I'll just have to put up with the road noise..
