Hi

Is it common for V70 lug nuts to rust and whaat about the rotor's? It seems every now and then when l'm looking at a V70 l notice this and of course they say that it's normal.

I really don't believe it and feel that it was kept outside all the time or was parked in a snow bank forever.

Please advise.

If you are still under warranty take it to the dealer and complain about it and they will install the crome ones.That is normal for the lugs.The rotors will rust as well but that is normal as well and they will do nothing about it.
