Hey, looks cool. My front left speaker has also been making some knocking noises. The screw holes have widened, causing the screw to 'tap' onto the moulding, hence the sound.

Maybe i'll try this fix!

I have had it on my mind to take them out of the box they are in and make them sit flush. It will require a little cutting but I believe I can make it work. Just getting motivated to do it is another story. :grin:
