Drives: 1997 volvo s40
I have a problem with windsrceen wipers on my S40. They do not move when it is set to the first 3 speed, and aslo stay still in the mode of cleaning with spraying the windsrceen washer liquid. but only operate on highest speeds tho. i've change motor , switch, fuses not blown. is there anything i can still try
