I just bought a pre-owned 2006 S80. It's spotless and seems to be well taken care of, but I noticed that it is very quiet when starting. I don't know if that's normal, or a struggling starter. It cranks right up, but just doesn't sound right (could just be I'm used to American cars).

If this sounds like a problem, could someone let me know. Also, if everyone with an S80 has the same experience, let me know that too.

European cars start up much nicer than american cars. I think you're just looking for the roar lol. Its pretty quiet, and if it starts right away im sure you have no problems.
