i found one that has been used like twice so its basically new. and just under $100. is that a good deal?

Yes its a good price, but there is one on ebay right now for 75 with only one bid. search volvo 850 roof rack.

i went to the junk yard and they had an 850 wagon with a rack. so i got the roof rack and good tailgate shocks for $25
