05 XC90 just inspected. Not even a week later. Passanger side front or rear tires are rumbling and makes a knock when turning right. It goes back in next week but would like some insight as what to expect.

Tire(s) out of balance?
Tie Rods? Both should have been identified when inspected, correct?

Because this vehicle has four wheel traction control, it is possible that the front wheels are out of line with the rear.

Volvo re-called some 2004 models due to a ball joint fault. This caused heavy wear on the front tyres. The rear wheel could also have had a knock due to kirbing.

Be thankful that is under warranty.
