1981 Volvo 240 (Eyeore Blue)
My manual crank sunroof stopped closing all the way. I think this coincided with the crank handle slipping on the gears, and probably came to it's limit before it could pull the cables around completely. The geqars on te crank look fine, and the cables and mounting brqackets appear to be in good shape.
I have disassembled my manual sunroof, and am having a little trouble getting it back together. I am looking for a repair manual that has some decent pictures and detail on the removal and installation. I have Bentley's manual, but it is a little vague. In fact, it is a contradictory with regard to this topic, and I'm only to step four.
If anyone can point me towards a good set of instructions, with detailed diagrams, I will dance like a banana.
