Got a 2003 S40 1.9 and the temp gauge just pegs to high when key is turned to on position. Already replaced thermostat and sensor, what else is there?? I don't frequent this board email would be nice hgjacobsen at yahoo dot com, thanks!!!!

Funny you post this as I was looking for the same answer. Mine temp gauge pegs as well. I was going to replace the thermostat and temp sensor but will not seeing it did not help yours. Mine will "overheat" when my air conditioner goes out and blows hot air. I have been told that they can't be related.

Someone please answer both of us what this problem could be. Thanks in advance.
