Hi all

I am new to these forums as having had a mondeo ST previously.

I have purchased a T5 tailgate spoiler and fixings from ebay to put on to a 95 m 850 GLT.

The tailgate has not had a spoiler before.

I am after if anyone can help some advice / instructions on how to fit this as itdoesnt appear to be obvious or straight forward, any help gratefully received.

Don't know about the estates (wagons for us Americans) but on the saloon (again, sedan in the USA) there were small brackets that attached to the spoiler and then to the trunk (boot). I also used 3M tape to hold it on. Hasn't budged yet.

+1 on jks2's post. here in the states, the spoiler was held on by brackets, no drilling required.

Estates also requires brackets. Get the brackets, dude!

I recently picked up a tailgate spoiler from a scrapyard. You must ensure that you have the brackets to attach the spoiler to the tailgate hinges. I didn't find it too difficult to refit although I think I haven't used any adhesive tape - should i use tape and if so what sort and where doe it need to be attached.

I hope you got the right spoiler for your wagon. The spoiler for the wagon is different from the one for the sedan.
