I have bought a 2006 C70 from a volvo dealer. I noticed that the alloys were showing corrosion, a number of fine spider like patches on different parts of the rims. Dealer was very helpful and all four are being replaced by volvo UK with an assurance of further replacement if it reoccurs.

Is this common for these alloys? I am aware that polished alloys from BMW and Lexus have had a lot of problems.
