I have just bought a 1996 Volvo 850 that has a CD changer installed in the boot. The Cassette that holds the CD's is missing, does anyone know what model this changer is and where I can get a reasonably priced replacement cassette from? It has Volvo written on it and I can post a picture of it if that helps.

check vlvworld.com if not, try the breakers. usually, when people mod up their systems, they tend to leave the cassette in the unit. so that is why there is a derth of cassette's around. the part from the dealers is some serious $$, only go if in dire straits. good luck. also, try ebay, but they are rare to find them on it, and when they do show up, the auction price skyrockets.
