Drives: 94 volvo 850 turbo
Hey i just bought a 94 volvo 850 turbo from my step mother.. REALLY Cheap
it has about 150,000 miles on it. I am pulling the turbo out next week to reseal it becaust its pissing oil. There has been a couple times where my step mom didnt check her oil and was down 3 quarts. The engine is quiet as can be and runs great. IT JUST PISSES OIL....
After i reseal the turbo and new timing belt.
Do you think i should run a ECU upgrade to high boost like 14-15 psi? or should i just leave it stock so i dont hurt the motor since it has 150,000 miles on it.
I would get the chip FROM IPD performance
What do you think?

The ECU upgrade should not hurt the motor.The motor should be good till atleast 300,000 miles.You could also go about 1 to 11/2 turns with the waste gate rod while you have it out.That will give you a little more boost as well.
