Sunroof was loose, it would rattle on bumps and randomly just pop up when you came to a stop. the 2 screws that hold the sunroof to the bracket were loose. i hand tightened them as this forum indicated over torqueing was bad. problem fixed.
side note, be careful when you pull the apron (accordian mesh in front of bolts) when i pulled it inward, it just ripped in 2 pieces. just grab the very top edge and pull it out, its held in by little clips, the top edge is stronger.
