I am planning on installing a manual boost controller on my 98 v70 XC, my questions are: does my car have an intake plenum?, where would the hose come from (where exactly on the wastegate) for installing the control?, do the sport and economy modes act as variable control (i found what was basically a bleed off coming from the wastegate and splitting into two hoses, one that went to the pre-pressurized intake right after the air flow sensor, and another that went back to the wastegate/turbocharger area)?, my car has 130,000 miles on it (one owner well kept not driven hard) will this pressure increase pose as a problem for any internals, what psi should be the limit (the manual control has a 30 psig control)?, also where is the vacuum hose to which i would install a turbo gauge?
