i think i will justwrite a small essay of questions for you...ha,ha, so what is the black knob under/connected to my throttle body for?...also how does one set air/fuel? do they sell a meter od some sort?

Not they don't sell a meter for it.That I believe is to set the idle Adjustment.Alot of the older cars had it.Most of the newer cars didn't have it.Someone might have installed that throttle body on there.
