Hi,

I want to start a 940/960 fuel consumption survey.
Maybe we should make this a "Sticky" topic.
Please write your car's model (940/960) engine size (2, 2.3, 2.5, 3), your transmission type (Manual/Auto), and driving style (Urban, Freeway, Mixed - %).
You can use this link to convert consumption from Km/L to Mil/Gal (US) or vice versa.

Engine: 2000
Trans: Manual
Driving Style: Mixed (50% Freeway, 50% Urban)
Consumption: 9/10 Km/L - 21.1/23.5 Mil/Gal (US)

Consumption: 7.0/8.5 Km/L

1 gallon = 3,78541178 liter 1.62 euro/liter = 6.13236708 euro/gallon $9.65/gallon!!

But...the 960 engine also runs on E85,after changing the injectors! :460:

1986cc turbo LPT - running 12psi boost (teh-greekmason loves this)
M90 5 speed gearbox
driving style: whats the speed limit again? (90% urban)
probably get about 10-12 miles per gallon urban
around 15-17 mpg on the freeway

40% local around 20 - 35 mile per hour, 60% highway around 60 -80 mile per hour get 18MPG

MPG: 18 - 19 MPG in 100% local, 20 - 23 MPG 100% highway.
