Hello. Today my 79 245 wagon started to vibrate bad when it had power to the wheels. It would not do it in first or under 30mph. Its stopped right before I got home. Anyone have their car do this? I am not sure if its the U-joins carrier bearing, or wheel bearings? The vibration would stop when the clutch was engaged or coasting. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

First check the center support bearing for the driveshaft.
