I HAVE A BRAND-NEW VOLVO V50.
IS IT NORMAL FOR WATER DROPS TO ENTER THE SUNROOF?
THE WATER DROPS DO NOT ENTER THE CABIN, BUT THEY ARE COLLECTED FROM THE PLASTIC COLLECTOR (OR SO-CALLED) PLACED BELOW THE SUNROOF AND FROM THERE THEY GO OUT OF THE CAR FROM THE DRAINS??
IS THIS PROPER??

THIS OFF-COURSE HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS AND I HAVE EITHER SOME HUMIDITY OR EVEN A FEW DROPS, DEPENDING ON THE RAIN INTENSITY.

SHOULD THE SUNROOF (WHEN CLOSED OFF-COURSE) BE 100% WATER PROOF??

PLEASE!!!! SOMEONE TO HELP / ADVICE!!!!

it is an opening. you will never get a perfect seal with a moveable panel. as long as it doesn't come into the car itself, then you are okay. if it does come in, then check the drains, they may be blocked.
