Hi, can anyone please comment on how good/bad the ScanTech parts are?
They seem to be made in Sweden by a relatively big company and sometimes up to 2.5 times cheaper than the genuine parts.

However, if the quality is questionable then it all might become a false economy.

Any other advice on good aftermarket parts. Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks, s60ag

I have been told the quality of the Scantech parts is quite good from several vendors. Failure of said part is usually attributed to poor workmanship but could be due to poor part designs, such as motor mounts. Just replaced my transmission link with a Scantech one, and it is better than my worn out oem link. See what other people post from personal experience.

I use a lot of Scantech parts. Especially if the original Volvo ones are TOO ridiculous.
