My wife dropped her parking garage access card between the center console and the tray that sits behind it and called me asking how to get it out. Hopefully someone here can tell how to remove the plastic tray and/or the console before I try it myself. It's my wife's S40, so I'm not as intimately familiar with it as I could be.

Thanks for any help you can give me!
