okay so i went and removed my oil trap and cleaned it a bit didn't seem to have any restriction whatsoever, i could blow through it very easily, the small vacuum port in the 45degree angle plastic piece was plugged solid though, i cleaned that out. idle quality seemed to improve but seemed to change good bad periodically? (it runs to the intake) is there anything else needed to check in the pcv system?

Did you clean the nipple in the intake itself?Also clean the throttle body and idle motor if you are having idle problems.
