Hi All,
I've got a weird problem that keeps cropping up. It started with my battery being drained on occasion. My mechanic could track it down, but thought it was the auto-locks.

When I brought the car home I parked it in front and was sitting at my desk when I saw the yellow hazard lights start to flash. I went out and unlocked the door with my key and they stopped.
Also when I drive it, sometimes there is a pinging sound that continues every 2-3 seconds until I turn off the motor and remove the key. When I start it up, it sometimes comes back immediately, sometimes not.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what is going on?
