Can any of you kind people help me out with a few queries please?

My recently acquired (ie yesterday)'97 V70 2.5T CD Auto Estate has a couple of snags.

1) The r/h/s headlamp wiper sweeps up until almost vertical (ie. I can see the blade while I operate the washers whilst sitting in the car). Clearly it's over moving, but seems to park OK when finished. Is there any way to limit the sweep?

2) The l/h/s headlamp wiper fails to function at all. Are there some 'common' causes for this, other than a dead motor?

3) Both headlight reflectors are a bit corroded. Can anyone suggest a good source for replacements? (ie. not main dealers)

4) Lastly, does anyone in my area (Reading or Basingstoke) use a reputable specialist garage for servicing, again, not a Volvo main dealer?
