its not a daytime running only light bulb, thats the same bulb used at night, its just on all the time.

Its 15 bucks, i think thats half of what my dealer wanted.

thanks a lot. Is that called driving lamp? no items were found in this catagory on the above website. There are three bulbs for each headlamp in my car. Two of them are low and high beam, the third one in the very innner side, the smallest one, doesn't work. I didn't find the the corresponding part in the volvo manual also. Do i have to go to the dealer far away from my home to replace the bad one? That will cost me much.

i'll see it carefully tomorrow, and come back. however, it really has three bulbs for each side, two big, one small. One of them is dipped beam, the second, dipped beam with a cap (I think it is high beam), the third one is like a small side light bulb, which emits light amber color. As drivers, we seldom use it during the day in China. All lights off in the O position.
i think i should take some pics of them.

check fcpgroton.com that is where a lot of volvo owners purchase their items. it might just be a turn signal if it is amber. otherwise, pull the bulb out and check the number on the bulb.

They must make different headlamps in china, because i checked mine today to see if i had ever missed it. I only have the 2 main bulbs. I guess you're on your own on this one. sorry about that.

hehe, together with a turn signal (corner light), there are four bulbs for each side. my car has no fog lights in the front. the mannual says there is one in the rear, but i don't see any difference after i switch on the fog light button.

Besides, "check engine" and Oil pressure warning light come on when the ignition key is turned to the position II. But the car is ok when i'm driving.

Oh, I should get familiar with her quicklly and study her carefully.

only one side of the rear lights up as a fog light. you will see it when you are outside looking at the rear.

You replacing the 5watt City Light(lamp) bulb? This is an additional bulb that acts like a DRL for non-U.S. models.
