I hope this is the right section!

I just thought I'd put up a few pictures of my custom door pods for my S40 (02) plate. They are 6 1/2" Rockford Fosgate 162S Punch components with the Crossover visible. They took around about a month to build on and off and are made with fibreglass and filler, before being smoothed over, primed and painted in the black that the sport model's have on their front spoiler and inside the car on the glovebox and door's.

Nice work and good job taking the time to finish them properly :)

very suave indeed, i am not too keen on the black polished finish, reminds me of latex too much :S but even still well done :)

Didnt think it would make people think of latex but fair do's! :57: I was going to retrim them in charcoal suede but decided to keep them in line with the black polished plastic on the front spoiler and in the interior of my S40 Sport to keep it looking semi standard.

Oh dont worry, there is currently plan's being drawn up for a full Rockford Fosgate Boot Install and a few more exterior cosmetic changes when I can fund them! I'll post pics as and when.
