Hi guys, this is my first post.

I've serached for help on this, and found a couple of suggestions, but none seem to be right.

I bought a new mirror glass with the wide-angle to replace the original. Used this in Europe and it makes a world of difference, especially for my wife on the highway!

Anyway, I'm trying to remove the old glass, and it's becoming harder that I thought. I read in another post to move the glass towards the outside, and it should come off. I wrenched on it pretty hard and it didn't budge. Does anyone have any tricks on where to bend, pry, twist, etc. to get that sucker off. The car is a 2004 V70.

The Mirror has four Clips about 3 Inches apart in the Center. Pull on the Top of the Mirror Glass forward. If you pull from the Sides, the Mirror will brake. This is not the worst since you have a new Glass anyway. The new Mirror just clips on.

We have a 2001 V70 and my wife cracked the mirror while backing out of the garage. I tried pulling the side and the top as mentioned on this listing, but it didn't budge. Is mine different, or do I just have to pull harder?
