Hi this is my first venture to volvo forums so here goes....

I bought a v40 P Reg 2l CD,

the spoiler is broken at the front, i kind of guessed it was going to be a pain to sort cause i've seen loads going about with gaffer tape repairs to the front.

every single bolt has ripped the retaining clip on the underside of the bumper and is just freely turning, not rating gaffer tape highly i'd prefer to fix this properly.

Any suggestions? i'm considering taking snips to the spoiler.

Are these beasts prone to this? I had to break-apart and hacksaw the spare wheel retaining bolt as it was doing the same.

On a different aside the passenger footwell seems to turn into a small pond every time it rains and the windscreen has some bizarre white staining round it normally i'd just replace this but in a effort to troubleshoot first any ideas?
