My S60R has a nocking/clunking coming from the rear when carrying rear passenger.has anyone had simular problem. Thanks.

Yes, just took it in and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Said the shock,struts and springs were all good. They sprayed some silicone spray on some of the joints to see if it was something rubbing, but it sounded alot worse that that. I haven't heard it since, but it's only been driven once. It never did it everytime anyway, so we'll see. I just found that there some TSB's on rear end problems for the r, but I'm out of warrantly and don't know if these would be free of charge or not.

Hi,Mine also is just out of warrenty,but my Volvo speicialist has said it could be air bubbles, in the o/s/r shocker which sounds very expensive to replace.Im taking in in next week to have a full suspension check,hopefully its just a rubber bush. will let you know outcome.
