Hi there,
I am brand new to the wonderful world of the Volvo.
I just bought my beautiful 740 GLE, it is perfect except the sunroof isn't working.

I believe its just something in the electricals, although i am not particularly car savvy (i am hoping this is going to change)

Instead of spending all my money going to the mechanics, is there anything i could do / look at to get to the bottom of this?

does it do nothing at all? no sounds, grinding, etc.? have you checked the fuse? does anything else not work? do you have a repair manual for your volvo?

Yeah absolutely nothing at all.
I will check the fuses and consult my manuals tonight i think.

everything else is working, except the odomoter and the Speedo is a bit off, but these things do not really bother me.
