I'm hoping a few of you might help me out. I'm looking for a new car and have it narrowed down to the C70 and Infiniti G37. I've always owned Japanese cars primarily because they stay out of the shop and they're easy to work on. I'm curious as to what the most common major problems are with the C70 (or Volvos in general) - is there something that reliably has problems? Are these cars pretty easy to work on, modify, etc? I'm really leaning towards this over the G37, I just want to know what I'm getting into (and know what to ask the dealer about known problems)

Curious -- what did you buy? Funny, we were gonna buy a G37 and ended up with the C70.
