I have a 2005 Lease on a Volvo XC70 in Ontario. I purchased the wearcare package, but did not receive a copy of the details of the package (addendum which was supposed to be attached to the lease, as described on the lease itself). It appears that I was ripped off on the lease, because they intend to charge me 16 cents per kilometre over my 80,000 km, 4 year lease. The issue is that we were told verbally that the wearcare package could be used to cover extra kilometres driven up to $3500. The car does not have any excessive wear, and is 3 years into the 4 year lease and is now at 81,000 km. I need out of the lease, and Volvo is now saying to Leasebusters that the wearcare package can only be used for 1000 km. I don't have any paperwork to support what the dealership salesman told us 3 years ago. HELP!!! Does anyone have a copy of what the wearcare package was supposed to cover (the paperwork I'm missing). Or, does anyone have any experience using it to cover more Kilometers than 1000?
